If you’re in the Hampden area and looking for a pet store, check them out! As a cat owner, I did not specifically look through the selection so can’t say much but just upon walking in most of the items looked like it was for dogs. For cats, they have a small room dedicated and they even had free samples of kibble. They also have a cute kitty named Louis walking around greeting everyone! He was such a sweetheart and I would’ve stayed there petting him all day if I didn’t have brunch reservations. The staff were super friendly and took a moment to chat with us as we loved up with Louis. The pricing here seemed comparable to other stores.

My dog likes to walk me here to buy her a snack. She loves the place and I don't mind the prices. Also love the staff (including the cats).

I love my neighborhood Howl. They have everything I need, especially a great selection of dog food and toys. The staff are so nice. They truly love pets.

Staff is so friendly and they have a great selection for both cats and dogs. My dogs chew through EVERYTHING so I was so pleased to see how stocked they were in my favorite TUFFY brand toys. Howl has so many cute toys, collars, and tons of options for food whether you're feeding a dry, canned, or raw diet. This is the perfect local pet store!

Staff are very nice and were very kind in letting me return a harness that did not fit my dog. LOTS of healthy/natural snacks and meals for dogs. I raw feed my girl and it is wonderful for this place to sell XL bag of her food, and I can never leave without grabbing a bully stick, hoof, or freeze dried animal part for her.

The staff have always been so helpful, whether it's helping me find something in the store or ordering it. In some cases their prices are a little higher, but I'd rather my money go to a local store filled with wonderful staff than some global corp. I will continue to go to them and I recommend them.

I got a 10% discount because I mentioned I just rescued an alley cat. It wasn’t much but it meant everything that they were as excited about my new family member as I am🥰🥳

Great selection for my dog food. I feel like they are not missing any products. Fresh, freeze dried and dry kibble all on the shelves. Also plenty of treats. Sales people are friendly and a pleasure.
